For international shipments, buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and/or customs fees.
Revival Limited proudly offers the products available on our website as we believe these are the best products around and trust you'll be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that occasionally things just don't work out like you had hoped or the product you ordered doesn't fit quite like you'd imagined. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call (512.401.3484) or send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know. If the product just isn't right for you, you can send back your merchandise in the condition which your product was delivered within 45 days of receipt for a complete refund. Buyer will be responsible for shipping for the returned item.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner that the original payment was made when the returned item has arrived at our location.
Special Order items must be returned in original packaging and in mint condition for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the product(s) return. If you would like a new product in place of the returned item, you will have to make a new purchase online.
